Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the consent box and submitting a form, I freely consent to Star Asia Co. Ltd. processing the personal data I provide.

The consent covers my name, telephone number, email address, requested stay dates, message, selected service or property, referring page and necessary technical request data. It permits collection, recording, storage, updating, use, restricted transfer to authorised service providers, blocking, deletion and destruction for answering my enquiry, calling me back, preparing an offer, entering into or performing a contract and protecting the form from abuse.

Authorised staff and contracted hosting, technical support and email providers may receive data only as necessary. Handling the enquiry may involve a cross-border transfer to the Operator in Thailand subject to applicable safeguards.

The consent remains effective until the purpose is achieved or it is withdrawn, unless another legal or contractual basis requires continued processing. I may withdraw it by emailing info@phuket.rest and identifying my enquiry.
