The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. This is not a swimming beach as the villa is located on the east coast of Phuket. However, the shore is calm, relaxing and offers panoramic views of Chalong. Nai Harn Beach, one of the most picturesque beaches, is just 15 minutes' drive away.

Security:

The territory is protected by 24-hour security and video surveillance. Guests must use a key card to access the property.

Small Zoo:

Guests have a unique opportunity to meet deer, horses, buffalo, swans, geese, ducks and many species of birds. The highlight is feeding the deer. Guests can feed the deer fruits and vegetables.

Payment terms:

A deposit of 2 months' rent is fully refundable upon completion of the contract and before the period of stay. If the contract is terminated before the completion of the stay, the deposit will not be returned to the client. In the event of a breach of contract or damage to the property and/or associated with it, the landlord reserves the right to withhold a deposit to cover the cost of damages or repairs. If repair costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the remaining amount will be collected from the tenant.
